btw i scored o points at medicalhi i have come back from the ib tribunal today very disappointed. the reason being is we started the case and the chair asked me to look over a certain page and i didnt have the information in front of me. he said it was unwise to continue as we all needed the information to work with. however looking over the details i have noticed that things have changed but the chair said we can only revise the failed medical points and nothing that has happened recently. i have read the guides and found some information but i dont know what to do now. how do i prepare for the next tribunal which is scheduled in 4 weeks. i have contacted cab and awaitng appointment but i dont know what to do or prepare now.

Hi DC,
I think the chairman was trying to say that the tribunal only looks at whether your limitations at the time of the original adverse decision qualified you for the level of award that you are appealing for, and not any changes in your conditions since that time.
This is normal practice, a lot of appellants fail to grasp this.
It may be advisable to gain advice from CAB as you say.

Forgive me if this is not the case, but you seem to be infering that you saw this paperwork for the first time at the hearing.
Is this the case?
