I'm due for my DLA medical any day now and i know i will get flustered (spelling) when i'm in there talking to the doctor, there are things i won't to get across to him/her that they may not touch on, what is the feeling if i take notes IN with me giving a list of things i have problems with, as i say I know i'm going to forget some things if i don't.

Yes you can although it would be worth explaining why you are doing this at the beginning of the medical.
Don't forget that you are entitled to have a companion with you as well.
