Called for Medical in France

Hi,
Today I have received the dreaded letter
from the French authorities to go for a medical next week. Has anyone else living
in france recieved this letter.
It is all in french and does not offer a translator. As you can imagine iFEEL just
dreadful. Any one else experienced this??

Sorry to hear of your problems.

I can only recall two other members posting in recent months, who are ex-pats in France, one was Landlord, and the other windmill20, they have not posted for some months.

Of course we may have other ex-pat members.

Have you tried looking for ex-pat sites on the internet?

i have been keeping an eye but nobody has posted anything. I have not received any letter from the U>K
benefits but this letter was posted yesterday here in france.

Are you receiving benefits paid under the French benefits system? In which case you will need to have the letter translated, or are you referring to Exportable Benefits? In which case this link may help -

I also googled Ex-pat benefits in France & found a couple of sites. If you do the same they may be of help.
