What Happens When ESA Stops ?

I am aware that if the welfare bill, gets passed next April, my benefit will cease.
What i'm really worried about is, what will happen ?
I cant claim Income Related ESA as my partner works Full-Time.
Do the DWP/Govermant think that my Mental Health Problems will cease to ? i cant understand how i am supposed to transfer over to JSA with the same medical issues.
Surely they should understand that im not currently working, due to my Anxiety & Depression, which affects me daily.Would i be better writing to the DWP and asking them what they intend i do?

I am in the same situation as you,my wife works 31 hours a week, so i will have my money stopped next August.
My wife wrote to our MP, asking why she should work in a very stressful job,and then having to come home and do all the housework etc, as i cannot do a lot,and be expected to pay for everything from her income.
The MP has written to the minister for an answer, and also asks what happens when i am due for a review next May, if they decide that i am still not ready for a return to work at that time, and keep me in the WRAG.
This would put me in the position of my money stopping in August because of the 12 month limit, but also still being not ready for work so unable to cliam jobseekers allowance.
This leaving me with no income, and relying on my wife's moderate income.
