Hi everyone,
Please help. I filled an ESA50 out in March & was granted ESA Support Group. I still have another 4 months on my current 'well note'. This morning I have received ANOTHER ESA50 to fill out & return by 23rd December 2011.
How long is an ESA decision supposed to cover me for?
I don't understand why I've been asked to fill another form, my health & mental health have not improved in fact I'm 3 weeks post op from having open carpel tunnel surgery and not able to write to fill in the form.
