When I spoke to the dwp they said that the decision maker had place me into wrag?

Hi Lisa

It appears that the tribunal decided that you do not satisfy any of the support group descriptors (Schedule 3) or the 'exceptional circumstances' (Reg 35).

Did you argue on appeal, either in a letter/statement or at the hearing that you believe you should be in the support group?

If you did, the next step would be to apply for a statement of reasons as bro58 suggested, if you want to consider an appeal to the Upper Tribunal.

I basically argued my case at the tribunal to be awarded esa not what group!!! I can not appeal to upper unless the law has been not followed, I really don't know what to do now dwp said dicision make put me in the wrag ?

It sounds as if you need personal advice (from somewhere like CAB or a welfare rights person) to tell you whether you can appeal on a point of law.
