dla was created by darrenay
hi everybody,
just a quick question, i am just wandering if it is possible to have just my dla care component looked at again because i have got a lot worse, or if there is a form i can get from somewhere as my night time care has changed a lot, i just dont want to loose all that i have got as when i had to renew dla last time they dropped my care to the lowest rate( which seems to be the norm lately ).
best regards to all

DLA Claim forms
Complete the Care section and mark the mobility section "no change". This has worked for other members, however, the DWP are entitled to re-assess the mobility component whether you wish it or not, so you should be aware of the risk.
You should also remember that you can only claim HRC if you can show that you require care day AND night.
