High rate Mobility and low care Tribunal

I am going to my tribunal next week. I am trying to reinstate my High rate Mobility and Low rate care that was stopped in March.Can someone please advise my as what to expect I have had my doctors report to back me up I also suffer with incontinence sever anxiety and depression and cannot sleep thinking about next week.Please can someone advise me.
