Would it be helpful to mention getting DLA was created by Tigerlily11

Hi,I was wondering if it would be worthwhile mentioning I get HRM and HRC in my ESA50 form or should I leave well enough alone?

There is no reason why you shouldn't, it is after all testament to yor level of disability.
