Is there anybody on Forum who has received this form - DLA556 Adult 10/07 'Looking at your claim again', and what guide I should follow when completing this - I could not find one in the resources section.

The form appears to be a full DLA form, so you should treat it as a "new" claim, refer to our DLA claim guides on the follwowing link.
