Unless you qualified for the Support Group under the Exceptional Circumstances rule, the Burden of Proof lies with the DWP to prove that you no longer are eligibile for ESA.

That said, you should still complete the ESA50 in full, based on your current situation, and if you are able, provide up to date evidence.

Since you were last assessed, the ESA descriptors have changed, so please make sure that you are using the latest ESA Claim guides (11/11), on the following link.
