I missed an appointment with my benefits adivsor at Mind but have made a new one.

My next appointment with my benefits advisor is exactly one month since the date of the decision letter which came with the application form to appeal to the upper tribunal.

Would it matter too much if i posted my letter/application that day?

Strictly, any request for appeal must be with the Tribunal Service within one month of the date of the letter for the Statement of Reasons.

If it was the DWP you might be able to risk it, but I'm not sure the same applies for the TS.
