With regard to questions 13 and 15, please refer to the ESA Claims on Mental Health Grounds and the WCA Handbook for a better understanding of these descriptors and how ATOS interpret them, see

hi thanks for that. so i cant use these boxes to say why i cant do.... because they relate to mental health problems and not physical?

The Physical descriptors (questions 1-10) require an underlying physical condition to be present in order to score points, however the same does not apply for ther Mental Health questions (11-17).hi thanks for that. so i cant use these boxes to say why i cant do.... because they relate to mental health problems and not physical?
That said, there are expectations on the part of the ATOS "doctor" as to how they will look at each question, that is is why I referred you to the guide and handbook.
