Thanks Gordon for clarifying that for me.
I was propably afraid that they may change the latest decision. I have been in the WRAG for over 2 yrs and finally decided to appeal as my condition will not change. Thank you for the guides I used them for the first when completing my latest ESA50 form.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Just to confirm, if the Tribunal believes your WRAG award may be in danger, they are obliged to tell you so you can withdraw your appeal.Since the Decision to put them in the SG is a new one, it limits any revision of the March Decision that placed them in the WRAG. Even if the Tribunal decided that they were not even eligible for the WRAG, the new Decision stands.

Appeal is going ahead, at what point would they inform me if my WRAG award is in danger?

The members of the panel will not evaulate your evidence and submission until immediately prior to your hearing (whether you are atteding or not), it is at this point that they are required to inform you if they believe that your existing award may be effected, so that you have the opportunity to withraw the appeal.

Only when the hearing is held.Appeal is going ahead, at what point would they inform me if my WRAG award is in danger?
