Hi

Its your decision whether to leave your appeal with the CAB adviser, who has said, it seems, they will not continue to represent you at tribunal, if they feel you have no or little chance of success.

You can represent yourself, many people do, using the B&W guides. You need to ask yourself, do you feel you have a strong chance of winning. Are you able to get the proper amount of evidence to back your claim. Is it possible that a current award could be reduced or lost entirely?

Also remember that with DLA, its not the Medical or Mental Health condition on its own that may lead to a compoonent of DLA, but the help you need from someone else, the needs arising, whether you get that help or not. Do you need help form someone else? If so for how long and for what reason?

As it appears that you being helped and are leaving this in the hands of your adviser, I don't think I can comment any further at present. As you are a member of B&W, you have full access to the B&W guides, should you wish.

Regards

Michael
