ESA50 Form

Could I get away withnot ticking some boxes on this form (as I did on DLA form) providing I explain fully the discomfort and stress this action would cause me in the space provided? Or do you have to attempt ticking a box?

Hi

Generally, if none of the available tick options applies, it is generally acceptable to put something like 'see text box blow' or 'see continuation sheet 1' etc etc next to the tick boxes to indicate that the question has been answered elsewhere.
