Can someone please clarify for me that when I get transfered from IB to ESA I will not have to go to WFI if I am still getting the careres premium for my daughter who is 14? We both have ME.
Thanks

Hi S1,
Here is the actual legislation at 3. (2) (c) & (d), if you want to quote it, or print it off. Here : www.legislation.gov.uk/ukdsi/2011/9780111507476/part/2
Also, WFHRA's (Work Focused Health Related Assessments) were postponed for 2 years from July 2010 to July 2012.
