Requesting Tribunal decision report.

To date I still haven't received the report - I know I need to chase it up in writing, but is there any legal "right" I can use to demand it, or just say I'll take legal advice if not recieved within 14 days.
I don't know how to play this so any advice would be appreciated

I had an unsuccessful tribunal last October and wrote well within the one month timescale for a copy of the tribunal decision in full.

Hi R,
Please see the advice in our FAQ's regarding requesting a SoR :
Tribunals – Requesting a Statement of Reasons
You could make an official complaint to the Tribunals Service, see here :
Complaining to the Tribunal Service

A Tribunal Statement of Reasons often takes three month to be produced, so I would contact the Tribunal Service office that managed your hearing for an update.I had an unsuccessful tribunal last October and wrote well within the one month timescale for a copy of the tribunal decision in full.

You can contact them by phone in the first instance and if necessary follow-up in writing/
