My mental health professional will attend an appt. with me if I have to have one.
But the MHP is going to ring on my behalf to see if
A) it can be delayed due to me appealing (wrag to support)
or if not
so they can book a time when they are available to go with me
My question is - do I have to be in the room at the same time to give my permission or can the MHP ring at any time and be allowed to speak about it on my behalf?
I would receommend that you are available when the call is made.
My experiences with contacting the DWP for my wife ahve been quite varaiable, from "no problem, how can we help you" to "I can only talk to your wife".
Good luck
Gordon
