I guess my thinking is, if two dm's and an hcp say I don't meet the sg
criteria, then the likelihood of a tribunal reversing those decisions may well be less than 40%. I guess the realist in me is predicting a tribunal is unlikely to "go against" dm's and hcp's documention/decisions?!

A Tribunal, by definition takes no account of the previous Decision of a DM(s), they must render a Decision based on the evidence before them and the testimony of the claimant at the hearing.Thanks, Gordon,
