Sorry to hear about your probs with DLA. I had exactly the same problem in 2010 so know how you are feeling but mine was reversed on appeal. Hope you have the same result.

Hi all just to say i had DLA reveiw medical at home 17/12/2011 i was getting high mobility middle care But then fri 13th ughh!! i got letter saying i can keep high mobility but my care has been reduced to Low i'm devastated cuz i am now going to lost my carer who claimed carers allowance for me who washed dressed and sorted my medication 4x daily went to appointments and helped in many way's and was a god send to me i rang the DLA and spoke to a nice chap i explained what i didn't agree with + tests i'd had in last week and further tests to have 24th jan then further surgery he as put my case to be reconsidered then if not in my favour i can appeal i have arthritis allover diabetes 45yrs heart surgery 6yrs ago lost my life twice needed further heart surgery now the wires round my sternum have broke and consultant seeto think i have problem with valves i also have chronic torn muscle in right shoulder all this does hamper me but do my best to soldier on along with having a hubby who has suffered a complete mental breakdown lucky for him theres nothing wrong with my vocabulary yap! yap!ANY ADVICE OR REASURRANCE GREATLY APPRECIATED Regards margy
