medium term

hi does any one know how long is medium term on a report from atos

I had that put on my Atos report, I use two crutches to walk, my illness is chronic, so will never improve, only get worse, also am on HRM LRC, so if this is correct what Gordon suspects Medium to mean, then it won't be long until I have another medical that will cost DWP taxi fairs to the Atos Centre, none of it makes sense, but the Word "Median" is usually used for "Average time of life" when one is terminally ill.

I had 'the client may return to work in the medium term'. I have no idea what this means.
