Still no decision letter but benifit has stopped

Im really at my wits end I have followed all advice given on here done all correct but still no decision letter
On gl24 form I have to put date on that is on my decision letter??? or it can not be time lined (apparently)
I have had my housing benifit stopped my esa stopped and can not get assessment rate untill they have my appeal form im going around in circles; My bank has stopped paying my dd as I am now overdrawn xtra charges now on top.. my broadband will stop and my phones.....???need GOOD advice before my only links to help are cut off..
ps I phoned customer service manager n she said its still in the pile wtf :( :angry:

Your local DWP office should be able to tell you the date your benefit was stopped from, you can use this on the GL24, although I would also mention that you are still not in receipt of a Decision letter terminating your claim.

I should point out that it is the date a claimant was notified of the decision (the date of the decision letter), not the date that the benefit was terminated that needs to be on the GL24 form. If the date is not correct the appeal may not be valid.

The DWP may be able to give you this date if they really have sent a letter. But in the circumstances if it is not received soon, I would be inclined to contact my MP and ask him to chase the DWP for a decision letter urgently as it is preventing you from appealing.
