my then gp diagnosed rhuem arth in 1995...added menopause in 1998... still struggled but worked full time till collapse in 2000 get second opinion a million tests and diagnosed with fibro in 2001. been on IB and DLA HRM LRC since. did have to go to appeal over Mobility in 2007 as the doc who did medical said I was just lethargic and should move nearer shops. won appeal in 15 minutes and given it back indefinate [till pip] so I wouldn't have to go through this again.
cocktail of tramadol + co-codamol+ mirtazapine daily and diazapam + oxy if I have to go out at all or flare bad.
fun fun fun
appealing ESA now, in wrag, no change at reconsideration [after 20 weeks]but now have CAB on board.

I have ME/CFS poss Fibro and have Gabapentin (2,400mgs - 3,600mgs per days) and Nortriptyline (50mgs - 100mgs per day). At pretty much maximum dosage, cannot tolerate or find other meds effective and cannot take morphine. Still in constant pain but Atos nurse believes me to have 'significant relief from neuropathic pain'. INCORRECT!
