hearing from tribunal was created by lindat
how long is it likely to be after they get 'the bundle' that I hear from the tribunal? I got my copy today. Not everything I sent is there. they've numbered the ESA50 pages out of order. They say I didn't say something on my ESA50 and ask the tribunal to note this... I DID put it on my ESA50 its there in black and white grrr as for the rest the list is too long.
My husband, and myself health allowing, meet with my CAB advisor for the first time on the 7/02 so if I do a submission pointing out the DMs inaccuracies to show the advisor am I likely to have enough time before any time limit on stuff I can send to the tribunal runs out?
apologies if this does not make sense... its taken me an embaressingly frustrating long time to do it as it is sorry about spelling also

You should hear from the Tribunal Service within a couple of weeks.
Whilst it used to be that you had only four weeks to return any additional evidence to the Tribunal Service regarding your appeal, they have confirmed on a number of occasions that this restriction is no longer in effect.
In practical terms you have until about two weeks before your hearing to submit evidence and with the average wait time from receiving the "evidence pack" being about six months, this should be more than enough time to get everyting submitted.

if the welfare bill goes through with the 365 day cb wrag limit and the appeal waiting time means I pass that [for me it would be 31st august 2012] I assume my benefit would stop? [HB works 37 hours as well as care for me for the rest of the week] I know the answer don't I? 'sigh' at least 2 years would give those in my situation time to have their appeal heard

We are stuck between a rock and a hard place with regard to the Welfare Reform Bill and trying to explain it to members.
On one hand we have the stated intention of the original draft, on the other we have a range of amendments, any of which significantly changes the way that the legislation will operate, none of which have been agreed by the House of Commons.
So we have a clear definition of what the worse case is, and some idea of what the best case could be, but no understanding of what the eventual middle ground will be.
So our best advice to claimants at the moment is to ignore the Bill entirely and proceed with what ever measures are best for them, until such time as the Governments intentions become known.
