There will be changes to the Welfare Reform Bill, for example the Government have said that the changes to DLA mobility for claimants in Care Homes, which were echoed in the WRB, are no longer being applied, however, the relevant Clause in the WRB has not yet been removed.
Also one of the amendments that applies to the Time Limiting clause was actually submitted by the Government, so may well continue to be included.
So the bottom line is that there will be at least one new draft of the Bill before it is made law. Nothing is decided yet.
