I have emailed to get my full name removed. I think i am gonna have someone with me cos I know I will be so tired by that time of day that I wont be able to concentrate or listen properly.

Just a brief note in addition to the good advice given my our moderators.
You can have a family member, friend or carer attend just for moral support, or they can act as a witness to your stated mobility and/or care needs if they have knowledge
of your needs.
