ESA40 'Changes you must tell us'

I cannot believe that is as horrendous as it sounds. Why should my (non disabled) partner who works every day have to tell the DWP he is going to work? And if I dare go out do I have to tell them, even if its to go for a hospital appointment? This sounds really oppressive, vindictive and just nasty. Will someone from the DWP be watching us to see if we do as instructed? I am not a criminal and I object being treated as one. Makes me wonder if we're now not allowed to go out without informing our masters, are we meant to stay shut in all day? Out of sight out of mind?
Completely disgusting in a supposedly democratic Britain in. the 21st Century.
Cameron & co are worse than Blair ever was!

Apparently, there is a clause on the ESA40 form which is meant to come out with the ESA50 form (I only got the ESA50 - not the notes) which states on page 16: If you or your partner leave the house even if it is for one day you must tell us!

Therefore, I am locking this thread.
