HRC/HRM DLA was created by Tigerlily11
Hi. I was wondering if it would be helpful to state in an appeal that I get HRC/HRM DLA. I am afraid that may then be taken off me since I was put in the WRAG. Any thoughts? Do ESA get in touch with DLA after a decision?
I'm also afraid of doing more harm than good :(

Thanks

Jessica

Hi J,

Any evidence with regards to your DLA awards, that also help to prove that you qualify for entry into the SG, with regards to the SG Descriptors, or Exceptional Circumstances, can only help your appeal.

As I am sure that you understand though, being entitled to an award of DLA, does not in itself entitle a claimant to an award of ESA in either group.

Don't forget that an award of WRAG is not saying that you are fit for work.

DWP DM's do have access to DLA and ESA medicals and associated information, they do share it.

Thank you Bro. Might leave well enough alone. I would be afraid of ESA saying I'm not entitled to SG and then DLA saying if I'm not in SG group I don't need HRC/HRM, do you know what I mean Bro?
