I suffer from mental health problems and I was lucky that my GP got me a supporter/carer from a mental health charity to help me fill out the form and come to the assessment with me, amongst other things. I am asking on behalf of someone else if there is such a thing for people with scoliosis, back pain and other muscular skeletal problems (in Glasgow), ie someone that understands these problems and could help fill in the form and perhaps go to the assessment. Or would he just have to approach WRO or CAB? Would either of these go with him? Thanks
