Gross Maladministration

Just to update on the gross maladministration DWP caused me last year back in November. I was offered £50.00 compensation for inconvenience - well if that was a hit in the face and an insult - considering they hadn't informed tribunal of my new address, considering DWP had written to me for a year at my new address. I have now had word and i am due in court next week 23rd for which has taken a year to hear my appeal for ESA, i found out yesterday by my ME support worker, because i still have not received the court papers and that the court papers have now gone to the old address, along with the previous stuff from tribunal, i do feel sick to my stomach now with DWP and on ringing tribunal - i have been informed by tribunal they do not send the court papers out but DWP do this. DWP is not taking this case serious as they have put me under risk along with my daughter, as i had to leave my previous address due to abuse, harassment etc by the neighbours of which both the MP, housing and not to mention the police were involved. They do not realise the set back they have caused me and my daughter of their incompetence. They have broke my privacy, confidentiality and also broke data protection in a nut shell my human rights. I have since spoken with a solicitor who is willing to take my case on but took a while, i did go to CAB of which i was advised to drop the case for my well being, there is no way i can do this as due to their incompetence i am now a recluse in my home due to what they have divulged to the old address. The characters who lived there are not a nice bunch and i can guarantee those papers would of not been returned. Anyway after the issues they have caused me, i finally get my hearing next week. I would be interested to know if anyone else has suffered this of recent?
