I've searched the forum but unfortunately not been able to find an answer but apologies if this is a stupid question! I have been placed in the WRAG with no medical and I want to challenge this decision - is "asking us to look again at the decision" and an appeal the same thing?? Many thanks for your help.
As well as searching the forum you should also look at the guides.
Asking the DWP to 'look at the decision again' is known as a 'revision'. You can find a full explanation of revisions and appeals on page 6 of the 'Employment and Support Allowance Appeals' guide.
