LT 54 was created by ridgewood
From my previous post, I have written to DWP requesting form LT54, both letters were sent recorded delivery, however the DWP states they have received neither of these. I have checked with royal mail, and they were sent, the signature's are illegible, any suggestions as what to do next. I still do not know how long I am in SG for, or what made them change their minds, to move me out of wrag to sg, not that I am complaining, but I would like to know.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

How long has it been between posting and checking with the DWP, as I have known letters to take a couple of weeks to get where they need to through the DWP internal mail system?
The only other suggestion I can make is to try faxing a copy of your letter to them, or if you can find an email address (I think it unlikely, but suggest it for completeness), attach a copy to an eamil.

Thanks Gordon
I have allowed nearly 4 weeks now, I rang a week after
each letter had been sent. (you are right in saying they do not have an email address (or at least not for us claimants), really think I will just have to leave it, and wait until I am sent for next medical
