wrag times (& reconsideration/appeal) was created by mangof
After two months I finally got my esa85a etc. (Very little info on it!). It does say a return to work is unlikely for at least two years. Is this likely to be my reassessment date?
Will this be two years after my last esa50 was sent out? Thanks.
I have an appeal in to be put in the support group. The DWP haven't done the reconsideration yet. When they do this will they look carefully again at my esa50 and medical info submitted at the time?
(I have sent in a new note from my GP but was thinking I should write again to draw attention to part of my MHP's report which is relevant for the support group criteria. I didn't mention it on my GL24.)

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Yes, the two year prognosis is likely to be your next assessment date.
As part of the Reconsideration a Decision Maker should reciew all of the evidence already submitted and anything you send in for them to look at.
If you believe that certain elements of your evidence show that you meet the Support Group criteria, then there is no harm, and probably some benefit, to you hi-lighting them to the DM.
Good luck
