ESA appeal,refused,no tribunal point blank

Thank you so much explaning it to me... you just saved a life! I was so overwelmed I could not comprehend anything I was reading and there are many people inside my head expressing their opinions but I feel calmer now with the second respond, feww I was ready to do something stupid. But now I am ok, thank you so much for your reply...I feel I can breathe again. So i just wait for the tribunal invitation and arrange telephone interviews. Ok, I am going to take a benzo and rest because the people in my head are having a party! x
