fibro fog and esa medical

Hi,, is it possible for me to take some notes to my medical to remind me of some of my symptoms, what I struggle with. I suffer terribly with fibro fog andforget things really easily. They would only be prompts to my activity of daily living.

Hi JV,

I can't see a problem with that, make sure you explain why you have any notes to the examining HCP.

Otherwise they may think you are reading some form of script.

They do like making assumptions without bothering to find out the full facts.

You can have a friend, relative or carer with you if that helps.

Thanks. I have read the booklet on here. Reassuring to know that I can take some notes in with me. Taking my dad with me into medical, bless he does all the carrying and driving for me when I go into town. He's. A godsend.
