Work Program not sign consent Sharing/Disclosure was created by clearwater
Does anyone know whether it is legal to refuse or sign this Customer Consent to Sharing/Disclosure of Personal Information.
It appears the DWP hands you over to various companies who provide the Work & Mandatory Work Activity. They need your consent to contact employers firms etc.and without your consent cannot give any of your details out.
