I don't think contributary ESA will be subsumed by UC, I think it will remain a seperate benefit (I'm sure the mods will correct me if I am wrong!).

If this is the case then an ammendment will have to be placed within the UC paper as it omits to mention this benefit and without its inclusion, these benefits will not be able to access any of the passport to other benefits.

I'll admit I'm not up to speed with Universal Credit, but I am not aware of any changes required to the existing ESA legislation or the Welfare Reform Act, for the two benefits to continue to operate in parallel.

Not sure what you are trying to suggest PCM.If this is the case then an ammendment will have to be placed within the UC paper as it omits to mention this benefit and without its inclusion, these benefits will not be able to access any of the passport to other benefits.
