Here we go again.Iv been taken off the support group and onto the wrag group. Iv no explanation as to why even the dwp could not tell me only saying it had come to them with scrutinise on.
Iv asked for a explanation and any letters they based the decision on.
Im going to appeal on the same grounds as I did last time although its harder as I dont have medical to go on like last time.
Anyone else had this happen to them.

You don't say when your previous assessment was, but the ESA criteria were updated in March 2011, is it possible that this is why you have failed to be put in the Support Group.
Things to think about;
Is there any risk to challenging a decision?
How long do I have to appeal?
How to submit an appeal
Qualifying for the Support Group
Do I have to attend WFIs while I appeal?

I'm assuming you have recently gone through an ESA assessment, you completed and returned an ESA50, but a Decision was made without you attending a medical.Here we go again.Iv been taken off the support group and onto the wrag group.
