Still waiting for confirmation paperwork from jobcentre+/DWP re being placed in support group and their statement of reason which they said would come along with the confirmation papers.
(Was placed in WRAG Group, but they relooked at papers and placed me in Support group before appeal stuff was sent in)
How long does it tend to take them to pull their fingers out to organise and send such papers re confirmation, doea anyone know, please.

It's usually about two weeks, maybe a week long in the current climate, if you have waited four weeks, I would send them a Subject Access Request for the information. See the guide on the following link

Once I receive the letter I will let the site know what the outcome is. Please keep all fingers, toes and anything else crossable crossed for me, pretty please.
Good luck to all out there.

The letter on Saturday from jobcentre+ which mentioned I had been placed into the support group also mentioned that I could take up an offer for
voluntary WFI's & I had until 5/4/12 to do so,however my CAB representative suggested I did not call and take up the very kind offer and to ignore that part of the letter.
Do jobcentre+ send this info out as a matter of course and is the CAB advice ok.
I presume this is the same for all?
