just received atos medical report, zero points

have just had my atos medical report through the post today and i am fuming!!! i thought having good knowledge of my illness was good thing but according to this report i have been badly marked down for it, the mobilising score and sitting score is so far removed from the truth it is on another planet, because i walked 10m to the examination room then apparently i can walk 200m!!!!! needed my girlfriend to come with me as i always do but apperently i can go places on my own!! glad im seeing a welfare guy tomorrow to hopefully get an appeal together, but know these can take upto a year, and hope my gp can write a good supporting letter to, now i truely understand all the comments about these medicals being so un just, if this is mr camerons and mr duncan smiths way of helping ill people back to work, goes to show how far removed from reality they are
is there anything else i can do? have read the appeals guide, thanks and rant over

yip read all of them gordon, i still feel so unsure of my future, could quite easily break down again, but have to try and be strong, but that will probabley be held against me

Just wanted to say that i really feel for you. I had my medical assessment on weds and although the lady came across very nice ,i know this means nothing.

It seems that everything the government does at the moment is against the genuine people of this country.

Lets just hope that your appeal gets through the channels quickly and you get the result that you deserve. Keep your chin up ( sounds easy i know) and don't let them beat you.
