Not sure if i will chanhe to E.S.A

I got a phone call some time ago (5 week's ago) telling me i would be changing from I.S to E.S.A having waited about 5 week's, i phoned them today because i was asked to also fill in A2 form about my I.S asking things like income and illness which i sent back in time and received a letter saying no change in the amount of benefit, so i phoned today and telling them you called me 5 weeks ago and not wanting to worry to much, but i had not received anything in the post and i was told oh yes we went you a A2 Form which we got back and it looks like you might not change over, as i'm getting D.L.A higher rate care and mobility, and income support with three disability premiems paid on them as i live alone, i might not change over as not everyone is changing the only phone call was to tell me about the A2 form not E.S.A, i am now like what the hell, i'm unsure if this is right or not, he told me on the phone that no form has been sent to me (only the A2)so not to worry.
can you give any light on this as i'm totally not sure what to do, all he said some benefits, (but he didnt say mine), but some benefits are paid with the premiems on them, and because of the D.L.A i get, i'm getting thoses extra premiems paid on my I.S,and advised me there was nothing to do.
so will i change at some sage or just stay on Income support? any advice please

Thanks for replying, no i will not be a pensioner in 2014, so why he told me this i really dont know so i take it i will be changing at some point, i just thought it was a bit strange when they first phoned me and told me i would change but only sent me an A2 form and now they know nothing about it i guess my time will come then sooner rather than later.

I use to send sick notes to the D.W.P then they asked me not to bother any more so i'm not sure what to make of it all, i get income support with the disability premiems on them, why are the D.W.P saying theses things if they are not true? it only confuses people and just when you think all is ok bang they hit you where it hurts.

All I can say is that the staff at the DWP call centres are not always entirely au fait with the system...
