Partner moves in and appeal was created by patman
Hi
Just wanted to know my options really, if my patner moves in with me and they work part time, i know i will lose some of my E.S.A, payments because they work. now when i do change over from my income support to e.s.a. if the decision was not in my favour, knowing atos and there dirty tricks, well if parnter then moves in would this effect any appeal, really what i'm wanting to know is if they move in and i'm half way through appealing, and they say we need to reduce your e,s,a payments down because partner works, could they say that this also would effect your appeal as your entitled to less money, i know it might seem crazy asking, but my parnter has said if i do lose my e.s.a claim they will move in a help me with bills etc, but i dont wont it to effect any appeal, any advice thanks

Your appeal would not be affected if your partner moved in, although their income would be taken into account for income related benefits.

I'm glad to be able to help. I am not an expert like the mods so I am always pleased to see something I can answer!
