Won my DLA appeal march 13th, i rang the DWP to see how my claim was going and if they had started processing it only to find they have disallowed it???
It seems that because the appeals services hadn't crossed out the dis part of my award no one read further and noticed this was an error and filed it as DISALLOWED! They now have to re pull my file and contact the appeals services before changing the decision.
It's so annoying, i know the DWP are under a lot of pressure with all the appeals but surely you would think they would do more than read just one word?!
But on a good note finally after a 8 week wait i have got my back pay for the ESA appeal i won back in feb. But that will stop in 4 weeks anyway...
