DLA,worried I should have reported changes sooner was created by lesley
Hi I have DLA at highest rate care &mobility.variable condition very gradual imperceptible changes to me but definate improvemt after denervation until last few months when they've accelerated away.now trying to complete change in circumstances form and say no longer need either component but must alert them that not sure I ever fitted them for long.am going to send all info I have but how do I phrase it to make clear they need to decide if I've been overpaid?

Forgive me, but I don't think we can answer your question if there are issues regarding overpayment and any legal consequences that might arise as a result. You need to get face to face advice.
