Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi Katherine, the reassessment intervals vary from 3 months to 3 years. If you ask DWP for the paperwork relating to your claim, you will find out, by looking at the 'prognosis', when to expect reassessment.

It should do, however in my case I was put in wrag with an 18 mnth prognosis, now in SG, following a reconsideration b4 going to appeal and awaiting confirmation but told for 6 mnths. So what they can write on the letters may well be confusing/completely inacurate.

My medical report does not state when I will be reassessed either. It was for this reason that I requested the report in the first place. Afraid to ask again incase I rock the boat so it's 'ignorance is bliss' for me!!!!
