Member having trouble finding info

I am a subscribed member but I am having trouble locating information on your site.
In my esa tips email It says:
Answering the questions in the ESA50 questionnaire – the one that asks you about problems you have with activities like walking and completing tasks – might not always be a good idea.
We’re not for a moment suggesting that you don’t fill in and return your questionnaire, you must do that – but it’s how you fill it in that matters.
The truth is that the form is so misleading and badly designed that even an upper tribunal judge who had to look at one particular section said that answering the questions would not provide the information needed to make a correct decision.
Our instantly downloadable guides warn you of all the missing or misleading questions in the ESA50 form, so that you can give evidence that actually relates to the points you should score and improve your chances of an award either on initial claim or appeal.
I've gone to the members only part, but cannot seem to find info on submitting an ESA50 form without answering the questions and not getting in to trouble for it.
It asks me to join, even though I am logged in and am a subscriber.
I am also having trouble finding info on migration to ESA and how best to handle the form filling and the medical.
Please could you help me, many thanks.
Sorry for the confusion, my medication makes me very easily confused.

Unfortunately, Moderators do not have access to user information so I cannot confirm that your subscription has been set up properly.
You need to refer to the guides.
Click on the Members Only link in the orange section on the left of the page.
On the page that opens, click on the Employment Support Allowance claims and appeals link in the right hand pane, you may need to scroll down to find this link.
You should then be presented with a list of ESA guides.
If this does not work, then you should email tech@benefitsandwork and explain the problem you are having accessing Members Only information.
