also Gordan mentioned explaining in testimonials how the person knows this? do you mean knows about her health conditions such as depression and back pain?

Yes, these are what I was referring to, they are explained in more detail in our ESA Claim guides in the Members Only area.
To have value, those writing the testominials need to establish how they have knowledge of your Mother's condition(s). As a silly example, a note from a brother who sees the claimant every three months, will have less value than one from a distant cousin, who sees the claimant daily.

Thank you so much! I have just downloaded the MNP test guide as this seems to state them easier, and thank you that was hardest bit of thinking how the letters need to be aimed
