I had as letter saying my decison had been turned round for my ESA and all paperwork is being sent back to the payments section. How long does it take to reinstate your money and back pay ?

thanks

It could be 6 weeks or more, hopefully less, usually your payments will be re-instated and then you receive a lump sun for any missed benefits.

I never got a fit not after i received the letter to say money reinstated. I have not received my last Assesment rate esa I think because of this. Will I still have to keep putting in fit notes to get paid till they sort payment out ?

Thanks

You need to supply Fit Notes until the date in a Decision Letter stating when your benefit is being re-instated from. If that makes sense :)
