Is there any case law or has anyone had any tribunal decisions which clarify whether this descriptor should be interpreted as either standing for 30 mins/1 hr or sitting for 30 mins/1 hr OR alternating between the two?
I am aware of a lower tribunal decision that treated the two as seperate, however, this does not set a precedent. ATOS guidance clearly treats the the two a being part of the same descriptor, see the WCA Handbook, section 3.2.3.
